Replacing an old porcelain fused to metal crown with an esthetic E. Max all ceramic crown. The patient was unhappy with her previous crown and thought was bulky and the color did not look natural. We decided to remove the crown, re-finish the tooth, and go with a custom shade. She was happy with the final result.
